I absolutely adored the zany decor and unique room design with an open shower viewable from the bedroom area. Overpriced breakfast debacle! Misleading costs left a sour taste, and I also struggled with noise from nearby train tracks.

The on-site dining at Neni was a real feast! We were vibing with some killer meat and fish dishes that were bursting with flavor. Plus, the zany decor and fun surprises around every corner made it a whole experience. The staff were also super friendly and multilingual, which added to the fun!

A little snag was the lack of room service. You can pick up your food from Neni downstairs, but navigating the elevator and card access made it a bit of a workout—still, it was all part of the quirky charm!

Friendly staff, excellent service, Kim was the nicest staff member we had ever come across, providing us with complimentary drinks and breakfast and guiding us to touristic destinations, while the fitness center and convenient location just 1 km from the main train station made our stay enjoyable.

The hotel has a funky vibe with awesome decor and the food at the restaurant really stood out, especially their grab-and-go breakfast option. Our group of two couples enjoyed the comfortable rooms and the unique touches around the hotel, like the Polaroid camera in each room.

My kids wished for more kid-friendly food options on the menu.

The bed was super comfy, and the mini bar with free drinks was a nice surprise. I even loved having a view from my room, the decor was really something else, made me feel right at home.

The vibe in the hotel is unique, especially with the zany decor around the front desk. Just a heads-up, the gym is pretty small, so don’t expect much space for workouts.

One downside was the breakfast selection. It could’ve been better, especially since some cups were missing during peak hours, making it a bit frustrating.

It was just a balanced option for a mini-vacation in Zurich with decent value for money. The floor was cold in January, but it was fun using the unique concrete design throughout the hotel. Make sure to ask about room slippers ahead of time.
